USB Medical Bracelet for Monitoring Health

This is my second post of a personal project.
How you can see in the title the post is about a medical project, more exactly about a medical bracelet that monitors some of the body functions.

It doesn't matter if you are old or young, you should always know if you have a heart problem or a fever.
The functions of the bracelet are:
1. Monitoring the Pulse;
2. Monitoring the Arterial Tension;
3. Monitoring the Body Temperature;
4. Emits a sound when one of the monitors detects an abnormality;
5. Has 4 wornings and 4 displayes - 3 for each function and one for recharging;
6. Has Micro-USB connectivity;
7. Has an internal memory where the medical data base of the person and a cart for each function can be stored;

I belive that this bracelet could save mamy lives and would be an important medical accesory. It would be easy to use by anyone.
The bracelet would be positioned near the armpit, with the displayes on the shoulder.
